The organisation

The NBT Group offer a range of solutions to streamline business processes and manage non-core needs, enabling clients to prioritise business growth. A family business operating for over 120 years, the organisation’s long heritage of innovation and creativity is at the heart of its vision and values today.

The objective

To create a new brand for the business which showcased its heritage whilst embodying its innovative, progressive approach to client services. We needed to build a strong online presence that effectively communicated The NBT Group and its offer to future prospects, promoted its work in the community and showcased the employer brand and culture to attract top talent.

The outcome

Through a customer-focussed response to the brief, Unwritten developed a brand identity alongside a suite of online and offline marketing materials. The new website was built with clear user journeys mapped to effectively reach the target audience. During the first month of launch, the website received an increased number of enquires. The internal marketing materials successfully communicated the businesses core values, purpose and vision.
