The Organisation
iamproperty is the largest residential auctioneer in the UK. With four brands operating under the iamproperty Group, iamproperty offers end-to-end services to Estate Agents including auction, conveyancing, compliance and moving. The group’s leading brand, iamsold, was created to fill a gap in the market for a property auction company that benefited both Estate Agents and consumers. iamsold is now a multi award-winning company, pioneering the Modern Method of Auction.

The Objective
Unwritten was asked to take over management of the Facebook and LinkedIn pages. The initial aim was to maintain a smooth transition of management responsibilities from another agency, which we quickly achieved, so the aims shifted to focus on growing followings and increasing engagement levels. With a wide range of activity ongoing across iamproperty and iamsold brands, content requirements were significantly high.

The Outcome
With a focus on organic activity, we produced original written and visual social content for the iamsold and iamproperty Facebook and LinkedIn pages. This content supported the iamproperty group through an intense business period which saw new product launches and brand re-positionings, as well as an increased demand for services. Amongst a range of positive increases to engagement levels, iamproperty saw a 35% increase in followers on Facebook and 22% increase in followers on LinkedIn across 6 months.
