The Organisation
Technology development company, Leighton Group, built a new software product to streamline the onboarding process for HR professionals. The software showcased an innovative approach to onboarding which allowed businesses to improve employee retention, productivity and profitability, helping recruiters focus on employee experience.

The Objective
We worked with Leighton Group as a fully integrated strategic partner leading the development and launch project. We were tasked with developing the software’s brand identity and launching it in the HR marketplace, positioning the team as industry experts and raising awareness with the target audience. A key challenge was that parent company Leighton Group had no existing presence in the HR industry.

The Outcome
We created a dynamic brand identity which put people, rather than processes, at the heart of onboarding. This identity was applied to a new website and a host of marketing collateral which was developed for the launch campaign. We wrote a library of compelling content pieces for the website launch and a strategic communications campaign was designed to launch human to market, consisting of a PPC campaign, event sponsorships and PR outreach.
