Strategic rebrand and repositioning

CustomerSure was successfully repositioned as an innovative player in the customer feedback industry.

Unwritten designed a new brand identity for CustomerSure which was applied to the full suite of marketing collateral including a dynamic new website created to secure new client leads.

The Organisation
CustomerSure’s award winning customer experience software launched in 2010 and has since championed the business benefits of customer feedback. A decade later, hundreds of companies have adopted CustomerSure’s approach, and use the software as an integrated part of their business.

The Objective
CustomerSure tasked Unwritten with repositioning the brand to reflect the innovative, data driven approach the company takes to NPS. The brand had to resonate with CustomerSure’s current and prospective customers and be consistently implemented across all internal and external touchpoints.   

The Outcome
After completing a full research project to understand the marketplace, we conducted persona workshops to agree audience profiles and segmentation. With the target audience defined, we completed a bold refresh of the CustomerSure brand and logo, shifting to a vibrant palette to match the modern approach to NPS. The full brand refresh was applied to all marketing assets including a new site design, which we populated with SEO content.
