Changing perceptions with a new brand identity

Unwritten worked with Agreed Mediation to create a brand identity which would support the company’s efforts to shift perceptions of dispute mediation.

We created a brand identity for Agreed, including logo, typography, key messages, photography and  a colour palette to showcase its unique position in the marketplace.

The Organisation
Agreed Mediation is a team of expert dispute mediators, who work with clients to make the resolution process as simple and straight forward as possible. The experts at Agreed have a wealth of real-world business experience as well as being accredited mediators covering all aspects of civil, commercial and workplace disputes. By working together in a safe and neutral environment, Agreed helps parties achieve their desired outcome. 

The Objective
Agreed’s core objective is to shift perceptions of mediation, from a stressful legal process to a friendly and approachable service that makes people feel safe and calm in finding resolutions to disputes. Unwritten was commissioned to develop a brand identity which reflected their unique approach to mediation and helped them stand out to competitors. 

The Outcome
Our creative team established a brand identity for Agreed, including logo, styling and colour palette, which was set out in brand guidelines, and applied to a series of marketing collateral. We designed and built the business’ new website, which launched in January 2021 and showcases its unique position in the marketplace. Our relationship is set to continue through the year with a series of marketing activities to launch the brand.
