Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a bright and articulate Digital Marketing Manager to join our client servicing team.

We need someone with experience in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns that help raise our client’s profile, engage audiences, promote their product or service and drive results.

You’ll be an integral part of an entrepreneurial team within a fast-paced business. You’ll need to love what you do and care about the work you and your team produce.

You will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing including planning, implementing and monitoring digital campaigns across all channels. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident in understanding analytics to make informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meeting with clients and determine the customer’s marketing needs
  • Planning and managing all digital marketing campaigns for the agency’s clients
  • Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including social media management, marketing databases, e-newsletter strategies and paid campaigns
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
  • Writing compelling content to engage audiences and provoke action
  • Planning and managing social media accounts for the agency and our clients
  • Developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for the growth of your accounts
  • Measuring and reporting performance based on goals and desired results (ROI and KPI’s)
  • Identifying new trends and technologies that could enhance our digital offering
  • Optimising spend and performance based on insights gathered
  • Developing and building client relationship at every level
  • Providing the highest level of service, supporting the agency in creative and commercial success
  • Understanding of our clients’ challenges and needs
  • Preparing and discussing accurate reports to demonstrate results from our campaigns
  • Identifying new trends and technologies that could enhance our digital offering
  • Working closely with the creative team to create engaging creative campaign’s for a variety of clients

What You Will Need:

  • Able to work remotely and as part of a team
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing position with a proven track record
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media platforms and analytics
  • Be up to date with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with clients at varying levels of seniority
  • Able to think creatively and add value wherever possible
  • Good self-motivation, strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure combined with great organisational and time management skills
  • Desire to continue to learn and develop your skills
